Dastardly Delicious Digis is the challenge this week for
Haunted Design House's Macabre Monday.
This one is for you digi lovers out there! All digital or just a little, your project must use a digi image as your main heinous focus.... oh, and there MUST be a touch of the macabre!
Teri with Delicious Doodles has prepared a feast for the eyes, and is our
Minion of the Moment (guest Minion)
Teri has offered up two prize packages for the chosen Gruesome Twosome this week... each of the GT's will get FOUR Delicious Doodles digis for free!
The hardest part will be narrowing your selection to just four.
After spending way too much time perusing the awesome artwork of Teri,
I finally decided to use her Spooky Haunted House digi.
I kinda think this has more of a haunted church vibe than a house.
Must be the crosses and the graveyard for a front yard.
I went with a purple moon and after I colored it in with Copics, I trimmed
that baby out!!!
I then broke out with the MS graveyard border punch and the
bat fence punch.
I dabbed some silver ink on the 2 layers of headstones and added some
Stickles to act as moonlight shining off the graves.
I punched the bat fence in gray to give contrast against the already
very black card. I used some Tim Holtz Dusty Concord to distress the fence a bit.
I really enjoyed working with Teri's digital images
and if you join us this week at Haunted Design House
maybe you could walk away with some of your very own.
I double dog dare ya!!!
p.s... don't forget about the free giveaway at the bottom of the post HERE!!
Thursday the 7th is your last chance to enter!
I will be announcing the winner on Friday's post.
As always - a spooktacular job!
