I used Chibi-Spain for my ATC.
After coloring her with Copics, I fussy cut her out and
mounted her on top of the most amazing vintage, flocked, wallpaper.
I picked it up at a yard sale a few years ago, and have been
using it sparingly. It's kind of my "precious".
And I had a blast with Stickles to make this little Senorita sparkle!!!
